First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding fascia-focused exercises or breathing exercises to standard neck therapy can better relieve cervicogenic headaches (headaches caused by neck problems). 72 adults aged 18-60 with chronic neck-related headaches will be split into three groups. All will do standard neck exercises, with one group also doing fascia exercises and another doing breathing exercises for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if these added exercises reduce headache impact and frequency.
