Summary
This study tests a vaccine made from a patient's own white blood cells, designed to train the immune system to attack ovarian cancer cells. It is for people with advanced stage III or IV ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. The goal is to see if the vaccine can delay or prevent the cancer from coming back compared to a placebo.
