Can walking with family help teens with heart conditions feel stronger?

NCT ID NCT06719323

Summary

This study aims to see if a 12-week family walking program can help teens with congenital heart disease feel less frail and improve their quality of life over the long term. Researchers will compare the structured walking program, which includes keeping a diary, to a group that just gets a health education sheet. The goal is to understand if regular, supported physical activity with family makes a lasting positive difference for these young patients.
