NCT ID NCT06098807
Summary
This study tested a family-centered treatment program designed to help teens and their parents manage problematic gaming and excessive screen time. It involved 10 Swedish teenagers aged 12-18 who felt their screen habits were causing family problems. The goal was to see if involving the whole family could improve the situation more effectively than focusing on the teen alone.
