Can family exercise games boost teen mental health?
NCT ID NCT07380750
Summary
This study is testing whether a school exercise program that also involves parents in activities at home can improve mental well-being in 10-14 year olds in China. It compares this family-centered approach to a school-only exercise program and a group that continues with their normal routine. The goal is to see if getting families more involved leads to better mental health and more physical activity for teens.
