Summary
This study tested whether family constellation therapy, a type of group therapy, can help reduce mild-to-moderate mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression. 80 adults were randomly assigned to either start therapy right away or wait. The goal was to see if this therapy improves overall wellbeing and is safe.
