Summary

This study tests whether a family-centered approach can help teens ages 10-19 and their families adopt healthier lifestyles to prevent heart disease. About 1,280 participants from 32 villages in Uganda will take part. The program focuses on improving diet, physical activity, and other heart-healthy behaviors through family support and education.
