Summary

This study tested whether giving parents extra support—focused on cultural pride and healthy lifestyle habits—helps Black and Latinx children ages 3-6 behave better and be more active. About 80 families took part. Researchers measured children's social-emotional skills, physical activity, and sleep using parent reports and activity trackers.
