NCT ID NCT07163715
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This observational study follows 280 older adults (65+) who visited the emergency department after a simple fall and were sent home. Researchers will track changes in daily activities like bathing and dressing over 30 days. The goal is to find out how common functional decline is and what factors—like frailty or fear of falling—increase the risk. This knowledge could improve follow-up care and prevent future problems.
