Summary
This study tests a personalized training program to help older adults at high risk of falling. Researchers will assess each participant's specific balance weaknesses and create custom exercises done both in a lab and at home over six weeks. The goal is to reduce fall risks through targeted strength and walking practice, with follow-up checks to see if improvements last.
