Can a simple hospital class stop seniors from falling again?

NCT ID NCT05224765

Summary

This study is testing whether a special discharge education program can help prevent older adults from having another serious fall after they leave the hospital. Researchers will enroll 100 patients aged 60+ who were hospitalized for a fall injury. They will compare outcomes between patients who receive the new fall prevention class before discharge and those who do not.
