Summary

This study looked at whether a 12-month exercise program could improve balance and physical function in healthy women over 65. Thirty-two women did structured exercises twice a week, including strength, balance, and stability training. Tests showed they had better balance and movement skills, which may help prevent falls and maintain independence.
