New study: active learning may keep seniors on their feet

Summary

This study compares two teaching methods to help older adults reduce their fear of falling and prevent falls. 102 people aged 60+ who have fallen in the past year will take either an interactive class or a traditional lecture. Researchers will check their progress after 3 and 6 months.
