First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study looks at whether listening to fairy tales, hearing stories in their mother's voice, or watching cartoons can reduce pain and improve comfort in children aged 1-7 who have a tracheostomy and are in palliative care. The children will be divided into groups to try each method during their tracheostomy care. Researchers will measure pain, comfort, and vital signs to see which approach works best.
