Summary
This study compared two different approaches to reducing signs of facial aging in women. Forty participants with mild to moderate facial aging were randomly assigned to either do facial muscle exercises (face yoga) for 8 weeks or receive three microneedling radiofrequency treatments. Researchers measured which approach led to greater improvement in skin appearance and higher patient satisfaction 90 days after treatment.
