Do expensive fabry treatments help seniors? 5-Year study seeks answers
NCT ID NCT07277361
Summary
This study aims to understand how treatments affect the quality of life for people aged 65 and older living with Fabry disease, a rare genetic disorder. Researchers will follow 100 participants for five years, comparing the daily life experiences of those receiving treatment to those who are not. The goal is to gather evidence on whether the costly and time-consuming treatments provide meaningful benefits for this older age group.
