Summary

This study is a safety check on the drug Fabhalta (iptacopan) for Korean adults with two rare diseases: paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), a blood disorder, and C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), a kidney disease. Researchers will track side effects and lab results from up to 21 patients in real-world clinics. The goal is to confirm the drug's safety and effectiveness outside of controlled trials.
