NCT ID NCT06563596

First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (epcoritamab, zanubrutinib, and rituximab) can safely shrink tumors in people with follicular lymphoma or marginal zone lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. About 45 adults who have already tried at least one other therapy will receive the drug combo. The main goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete metabolic response, meaning no signs of active cancer on scans.
