Could a simple eye rest improve surgery planning?
NCT ID NCT07297849
Summary
This study is testing whether closing your eyes for three minutes can improve the quality of eye measurements taken before cataract surgery. It involves 29 adults who have received a 'warning' about the quality of their initial eye scans. Researchers will compare measurements taken normally with those taken after a short period of eyelid closure to see if it makes the results more reliable.
