Summary
This study is checking whether taking a specific eye health supplement affects carotenoid levels measured in the skin. Researchers will enroll 60 healthy adults who will take either the supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks, then switch. The main goal is to see if skin measurements change during the supplement period compared to the placebo period.
