Doctors look back to map eye problems in skull condition
NCT ID NCT06928727
Summary
This study aims to better understand the eye problems that often occur in children with craniosynostosis, a condition where the bones in a baby's skull fuse together too early. Researchers will look at the medical records of 65 patients to describe how common issues like crossed eyes (strabismus), lazy eye (amblyopia), and high pressure inside the head are. The goal is to gather knowledge to help improve future care for these children.
