New hope for vision recovery from parasitic eye infections

Summary
This study is testing whether adding steroid eye drops to standard treatment helps improve vision in people with parasitic eye ulcers. The trial will enroll 232 participants who still have eye inflammation after one month of anti-parasite treatment. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either real steroid drops or placebo drops to compare vision outcomes.
