Gentle laser tested to boost recovery after eye surgery
NCT ID NCT07165626
Summary
This study aims to see if a gentle, low-energy laser treatment given one month after standard eye surgery helps people recover better vision. It will involve 100 patients who have surgery to remove a wrinkled membrane from the retina. Half will receive the extra laser treatment, and half will not, to compare their vision and eye health changes over four months.
