Summary

This study is testing a small, refillable implant placed in the eye to deliver a steady dose of medication for wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The goal is to see if refilling the implant every 36 weeks can maintain vision as effectively as standard monthly or bimonthly eye injections, while being more convenient. The study will enroll about 250 people who have already shown improvement with standard anti-VEGF injection treatments.
