Surgery for 'Surfer's Eye' aims to sharpen blurry vision
NCT ID NCT07198126
Summary
This study looks at how well a common eye surgery improves vision. It involves adults who have a fleshy growth on their eye (pterygium) that is causing blurred or distorted vision. Researchers will measure the shape of the eye's surface before and after surgery to see how much the procedure fixes the problem and reduces astigmatism.
