Summary

This study tests whether eye exercises, alone or combined with gentle neck self-massage, can reduce pain and improve daily life for office workers with neck pain. 66 participants will be split into three groups and followed for 6 weeks. The goal is to find simple, drug-free ways to ease discomfort without needing a doctor.
