Could simple eye exercises ease your desk job neck pain?

Summary

This study aims to see if specific eye exercises, with or without gentle self-neck movements, can help reduce pain and improve movement and quality of life for office workers with neck pain. It will compare these exercises to standard ergonomic advice. Sixty-six eligible office workers will be randomly assigned to one of three groups and followed for six weeks to measure changes in their pain, neck function, and daily life.
