Summary

This study looks at whether eye exercises and gentle neck stretches can ease neck pain and improve daily life for office workers. About 66 adults who work at computers for long hours will try these techniques or receive standard ergonomic advice. The goal is to find simple, drug-free ways to manage common neck discomfort.
