New eye drop aims to soothe Post-Surgery eyes

Summary
This study is testing a new eye drop called PRO-232 to see if it helps people recover after cataract surgery. It will be compared to a standard combination of antibiotic and steroid drops. The main goals are to see if the new drop reduces eye inflammation and pain, and if it is safe to use for 14 days after the operation.
