New eye drops aim to boost blood flow for vision conditions

NCT ID NCT07354477

Summary

This is a small, early-stage study testing whether a new eye drop called QLS-111 can improve blood flow and widen blood vessels in the back of the eye. It will involve 14 people with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, open-angle glaucoma, or normal tension glaucoma. Participants will use the eye drops in both eyes twice daily for two weeks while researchers measure changes in their eye's blood vessels.
