Summary
This study tested whether a prescription eye drop called phentolamine could improve poor night vision in people who had previous laser eye surgery (like LASIK). The trial involved 200 adults who reported problems like glare and halos in low light. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the active eye drop or a placebo to see which was better at improving vision clarity in dim conditions.
