NCT ID NCT07230548
First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested four different diagnostic eye drops on 20 healthy adults to see how they affect the thickness of the tear film. Participants received each drop on separate days, and their tear film was measured before and at several time points after use. The goal was to understand which drops are gentler on the eye's surface, especially since some contain preservatives that can cause side effects.
