Summary

This study is testing a new cell therapy called OpRegen for people with geographic atrophy, an advanced form of dry age-related macular degeneration that causes progressive vision loss. Doctors will inject the therapy under the retina during eye surgery to see if it is safe and if it can improve the health of the eye. The study will also test a special imaging device to get detailed pictures of the retina.
