Summary

This study looks at different ways to care for the eyes of intensive care patients who are on breathing machines. It will compare standard care to using a special eye care kit, following a detailed eye care protocol, or using both together. The goal is to find which method best prevents eye swelling, infections, and dry eyes. About 156 adults will take part.
