New shot for eye tumors shows promise in early trial

Summary

This study tests a new drug called belzupacap sarotalocan (AU-011) for people whose cancer has spread to the back of the eye (the choroid). The drug is given as an injection near the eye. The main goals are to check safety and see if it shrinks the tumor. About 24 adults with this type of eye cancer will take part.
