Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called EXS73565 in about 50 adults with certain blood cancers (like lymphoma or leukemia) that returned or didn't respond to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants take the drug by mouth and are closely monitored for side effects and cancer response.
