First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether telling people that a dry needling treatment will work well (positive expectations) or not (negative expectations) changes how their body responds. Researchers will measure things like skin sweat and heart rate in 45 adults with neck pain. The goal is to understand how our mindset can influence pain treatments.
