Summary
This study tested a new vaccine called ExPEC10V in 836 adults aged 60 to 85. The goal was to see if it is safe and helps the body fight off a type of E. coli that can cause serious infections, especially in the urinary tract. Researchers gave different doses to find the best one for future studies.
