This program allows people with heart failure to receive Occlutech's atrial flow regulator (AFR) under the FDA's Expanded Access program. The AFR is a device implanted in the heart to help manage fluid buildup and improve symptoms. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease and improve quality of life for eligible patients.
