Experimental drug offered to single patient with rare immune disease

This expanded access program provides itacitinib, an experimental drug, to one patient with STAT1 gain-of-function disease who also has aplastic anemia. The goal is to control the overactive immune system and manage the disease. This is not a cure, and the patient will likely need ongoing treatment.
