Summary
This program provides an experimental drug, SNDX-5613, to people with relapsed or treatment-resistant acute leukemias who have a specific genetic change and no other approved options. Participants must be at least 6 months old and cannot join other studies of this drug. The goal is to offer a possible treatment in a controlled setting when standard therapies have failed.
