Last-Resort drug access for leukemia patients
NCT ID NCT05918913
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This program provides revumenib (SNDX-5613) to patients with relapsed or refractory acute leukemias who cannot join other studies and have no approved treatments. Participants take the drug orally every 12 hours. The goal is to offer a potential treatment option in a controlled setting.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Revumenib (also called SNDX-5613)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a treatment option for people with hard-to-treat acute leukemias who have run out of standard therapies.
What could go wrong
This is an expanded access program, not a formal trial, so results are not systematically collected. The drug is still investigational and may not work for everyone; side effects are possible.
