Summary

This study provides expanded access to an experimental drug called nogapendekin-alfa inbakicept for adults with low lymphocyte counts (lymphopenia) caused by chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation therapy. The goal is to restore and maintain healthy lymphocyte levels. Participants must have solid tumors that have progressed after standard treatments and cannot join other clinical trials using this drug.
