Summary

This program provides access to an investigational drug called neladalkib for patients with advanced ALK-positive cancers, including lung cancer. It is for adults who have tried other treatments without success and cannot join a formal clinical trial. The goal is to offer a potential treatment option when no other satisfactory alternatives exist.
