Summary
This program provides an experimental drug, bezuclastinib, combined with sunitinib for people with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) who have no other good treatment choices. It is for adults who have tried or cannot tolerate the standard drug imatinib. The combination aims to block all common mutations driving the cancer, but patients will need ongoing treatment.
