NCT ID NCT07192666

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing whether exosome therapy can help improve severe dry eye symptoms in people with Sjögren's syndrome. The study will enroll 12 adults whose eye symptoms haven't improved with standard treatments like artificial tears. Researchers will monitor safety and check if the treatment improves tear production, eye surface health, and comfort over 29 days.
