Summary
This early study tests whether exosomes (tiny particles from cells) can help relieve dry eyes in people with Sjögren's syndrome. It includes 12 adults whose eye symptoms did not improve with standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety, and researchers will also look for signs of better tear film and eye comfort.
