First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether exosomes (tiny particles from cells) can safely ease dry eye symptoms in people with Sjögren's syndrome. About 12 adults whose dry eye hasn't improved with standard treatments will receive multiple doses. Researchers will monitor side effects and check for changes in eye surface health and comfort over 29 days.
