Could a Woman's own tiny particles help her eggs mature?
NCT ID NCT07249411
Summary
This study tested if adding a woman's own natural particles, called exosomes, to a lab dish could help her immature eggs finish maturing. It involved 32 women with low ovarian reserve who were undergoing fertility treatment. The goal was to see if this approach is safe and works well enough to study further in future research that could lead to pregnancies.
