Summary
This study tests a new treatment for premature ovarian insufficiency (early menopause) using exosomes from umbilical cord stem cells. The goal is to improve ovarian function and quality of life in 60 women aged 20-39. The treatment is still in early testing (Phase 1/2) to check safety and effectiveness.
